Reunion Registration Updates as of July 17, 2022

We wanted to give you an update of who has registered and where we are against our goal of 100 registrants for the Reunion weekend.  We have several folks who are local to DC, who are not staying at the Westin, however, will attend the weekend’s festivities. Some of you are bringing significant others or children – please keep in mind that for those who will participate in the banquet or the acoustic night or any of the planned activities, they should also be registered and a ticket purchased for those “plus one” attendees.

Please reach out to those that haven’t registered yet to do so early.  The current registration fee of $210 is valid through July 31.  For late registrations after July 31, 2022, the registration fee is $250 per person to comply with the hotel contract and agree rates.   You can register for the weekend here.

2. Potomac River Cruise: As of today we, have 60+ paid registrations and have met the contracted number registrations with City Cruises.  Registration at this time is open again.  You can register for the cruise here.

3. Hotel Reservations – we are close to 95% of our negotiated number of room-nights to get our contracted discounted rate.  Many of you are doubling up with classmates or your “plus-one”.  As a reminder, if any of those in your party are planning on participating in the weekend events, please be sure to register them as well to cover our costs for food, banquet facilities and the band.   You can reserve your room with our discounted rate here.

We are still working to solicit donations from various corporate entities.  These funds will help off-set some of our costs and also pay for additional planned activities like day tours, at no cost to the paid registrants.  We have also received donations for our raffle, which will include prizes like gift cards, free nights stay at Westin hotels, to name a few items.   

This looks to be a great event, please encourage your classmates and any of your fellow Brentonians who have not register to get registered today.  And don’t forget to visit our apparel store to look the part!
