Registration Fee $210 per person through August 31 (for all attendees, including alumni, spouse/guest). Late Registration after July 31 will be $250.

The registration fee covers food, non-alcoholic beverages, and service for the Saturday Banquet and Sunday continental breakfast and entry into the Saturday Banquet Raffle (prizes include free night at any Westin, gift cards and more). It also includes entertainment, discounted Banquet and Hospitality room rates, cash bar setup on Friday Acoustic Night, and the required gratuity and tax.

Note: The fee does not include your hotel room, alcoholic drinks, and the Potomac River Cruise on Thursday evening.

• All planned events (Acoustic Night, Saturday Banquet, Sunday Breakfast) will be held at the hotel venue
• The hotel is centrally located to many attractions in the city (e.g. - Smithsonian, White House, Capitol).
• We have a special hotel rate of $159 and can be done via the link provided on the home page.  Hotel reservations are separate from Reunion Program Fees.
• The hotel guests are also provided a 25% discount in the in-house restaurant (does not include alcoholic beverages)
• Reunion Hotel Guest received a discounted daily parking rate of $34/day.
• There will be optional activities, such as the Potomac Dinner Cruise, which can be purchased separately.
• We will be also arranging optional historical tours for anyone interested and are also separate from the Reunion Program Fees.

We urge everyone to register as early as possible but definitely no later than 1 Sept 2022.  We have to submit a final head count for banquet preparation.  After that date, even if you show up to the banquet with cash in hand, we cannot guarantee there will be enough food.

Refund Policy for Reunion Program Fees

If you, the attendee, have paid your registration fee and must cancel attendance, if you cancel by 15 March 2022, we will refund you $200 less any transaction/service fees charged by PayPal or other transfer agent.

If you cancel between 15 March 2022 - 15 July 2022, we will refund you $100 less any fees.

If you cancel after 15 July 2022, no refunds.

In the event that the Reunion is cancelled because of Covid or any other event covered by force majeure clause, and we are released from our contract without financial obligations, all registration fees paid and any donations made, will be refunded minus any service fees.  Please note that any donations made will only be refunded if the Reunion is cancelled, we are released from our contract, and we have no financial obligations.
